All our products are subjected to a sanitization process with temperature reduction. EC Regulation 853/2004. At certain times of the year the product may be frozen at the origin.
All our seafood products served raw are subjected to reclamation by reducing the temperature as per EC 853/2004 requires to bring the fish to -20 °, in the absence of fresh product it could be replaced by frozen product

To finalize and guarantee your booking, you must register your bank details (i.e. number, expiry date and cryptogram). The credit card used must be valid at the time of your visit. A fixed fee of 10 (TEN) euros will be charged for any reservation not honored or not cancelled in time – at the latest 2 (TWO) hours before the reservation time.
