      Region: Lombardia (Italy) Grape: Chardonnay 80% e Pinot Nero 20% Alc: 12% vol.

      Characteristics: Straw yellow color, between medium and intense. On the palate it is successful, in fact as a whole it is centered and satisfying. None, but no bitter note penalizes it, so we only notice the extreme minerality and adequate acidity.
      Gastronomy: Is perfect to combine a risotto with crayfish or pasta dishes with shellfish and seafood.
