Going hi? Indulge in Kaluga Caviar Sliders, premium Pacific Oysters flown in fresh each day from in the pristine, nutrient-rich waters of South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula, or the 1kg Black Angus Côte de Boeuf – and make it sing with a bump of caviar.
