Nestled in Mama’s basement you’ll find the spa, tucked under a stone vault. Massages, relax treatments courtesy of French brand Absolution , Manucurist and Breton label Ho Karan (meaning = ‘I love you’), a sauna and a hammam.

But that’s not all: just next door there’s a swimming pool* with daybeds waiting for you. The perfect antidote to a day exploring the city or a sojourn on the Breton coast .

Mama also has options for sport lovers and welcomes you to her Gym that features a treadmill, bikes, weights and yoga… Be assured that Mama has thought of everything!
