Cockroaches in the room (103)

“Great location, pleasant staff, rich breakfast, tasty pizza and... Huge disgusting vile cockroaches in the room. We found one on my pillow the first night and the second one jumped on the head of our son next day.”

good localization

“Good localization. I am disappointed with the welcome drink. Instead, I received tasty juice. I encounter this for the first time in Accor hotels. If I received a voucher for a "small beer" at the hotel, I would also be more willing to use the 1+3 restaurant. The hotel would certainly benefit more. In this situation, I used a restaurant outside the hotel. Additionally, the parking price of 30 euros is too much. The parking lot is not separated for guests - as in other hotels - and does not guarantee safety. Paying in a machine is cheaper for shorter stays. Service during breakfast - average. I asked for coffee 3 times. Instead of sticking prices on all items in the room (masks, drinks, chips), you should make sure that customers want to use the restaurant in the hotel.”

This time not satisfactory customer experience

“Normally I am happy with Mama shelter but this time the service level was not fitting to the 4 stars that the hotel has. I arrived at friday and saturday there was no cleaning in my room, I did not care, but on Sunday (since also my colleague was checkin out of the two bed room) I wanted fresh towels and cleaning. That is why I went after the breakfast to the reception to ask for a cleaning, the told me they will clean it for sure. After I came back at 5pm the room was still not cleaned, I called them again at the reception - the told me they will clean it. After 7.30/8 pm I returned again at my room - still no cleaning. I reported again at the reception and they told me I have to wait 30min - they did not offer me anything to drink or so but let me wait in the restaurant until my room is ready. 30min later I went back to my room and they ladies were still inside they were nice but walked in my room with there shoes. As a consequence I had now clean towels and new sheets but a dirty bathroom floor. I am not normally one that does bad reviews but these whole circumstances were not satisfactory and since mama shelter is our TX partner hotel I expect better service level. I can understand that a cleaning can be forgotten, but then it is about making the customer feel comfortable and about some small gestures, which 4 star hotels should have in their core service.”

Overall this hotel needs to be better handled

“The stay was less than perfect, the hotel is severely understaffed in many areas or its people lack experience. Cleaning was a major isssue and it took them 3 days with multiple requests to get towels, and a cleaning.”

Great location

“For the price of this hotel the excuse of not providing shampoo and conditioner due to “going green” is complete nonsense. There are other ways to go green such as utilizing shampoo and conditioners that are mounted onto the walls. For the price of this hotel I expect proper toiletries - this was absolutely ridiculous.”

“+Good location +Clean rooms -Some of the staff were very rude. On our first day, when I went to the waiter because I could not order after waiting for 15 minutes, he rudely told me that I had to wait more.. -There is limited guest supplies in the rooms. There is no toothpaste,sleepers etc.. -Our discount card was not applied for F&B...”

“While the brand is about partying, being young/cool/trendy, maybe they should focus on first delivering basic hotel services: - No shampoo/Conditioner in the bathroom - Accor status not recognized at check-in - 10 waiters at the restaurant but no one takes your order until someone realizes 5 tables are waiting to order for already a while - if you are the last table, then be prepared to wait longer - Room with terrasse does not bring any benefits; the terrasse has the view on a roof; do not pay extra for that”
