Réveillon Menu – 129€

Assortment of starters:

Salmon gravlax, beetroot, mustard shoots and citrus fruit

3 Claire N°3 fine oysters, grey shallot butter

Fine tart with truffled mushrooms

Terrine of foie gras, smoked salt and Espelette pepper

Intermediate starter:

Consommé of poultry, pumpkin ravioli

Fish:

Herb-crusted scallops, parsnip mousseline and baby greens

Meat:

100-day-old poultry, mashed potatoes with truffles, Périgord sauce

From 2 November, the Ski Club at Mama Shelter Toulouse opens its doors from 3pm to immerse you in an authentic chalet atmosphere on the rooftop. ❄️⛷️ Rediscover the spirit of the mountains with warm decor and a festive atmosphere.

At 6pm, our DJ set will take over to thrill you with electrifying sounds that will heat up the atmosphere. 🎧🔥 On the gourmet side, enjoy our aligot sausage and mulled wine for a tasty après-ski. 🥄🍷

SOA is a Franco-Malagasy brother and sister duo, composed of Ludysoa and Nathan. Authors, composers, performers, they were spotted by Pascal OBISPO in The Voice France in 2020, who signed them to Jo&Co label a year later! 

Their universe navigates between the soulful voice of Ludysoa and the surprising singer/rapper Nathan. Their musical references are eclectic, from R&B groups from the 90s to rapper Nekfeu or singer Machine Gun Kelly, including the Malagasy artists Joajoby, Mahaleo or Ambondrona. 

Fort de 10 Années d’expérience, Kris Munegu est un Dj Toulousain, se produisant partout en France. Sa capacité à s’adapter à tous les publics lui a valu d’être sélectionné 2 années consécutives au festival Garorock.

‘I’m delighted to welcome you to the relaxing space that yoga classes offer. Trained in different styles of yoga abroad, I offer gentle yoga classes for all levels. Rummy Time, from Toulouse, France, lives his passion for funky-groovy house and tech house music by exploring the various underground influences in his mixes. KLAAN, is a DJ artist based in Paris and Toulouse. Resident DJ then guest in stride in the clubs of the corner of France, passing by Saint-Malo, Dinard, Rennes, Paris and today Toulouse. Passionate about music, he will be able to present you with a varied generalist mix, using his musical knowledge.
