Get ready for an eclectic and high-energy night with DJ JACK PERRY on the decks!

This passionate french DJ Producer has a great experience in live mix & animation all over Europe.

His style, claimed and affirmed, draws his inspiration from House & Electro. This does not prevent him from being a real touch to everything. Especially when he ignites the French Zeniths (the biggest stages in France) by signing 80 Tour dates for a great brand.

Ambitious, he trained in musical creation and signed the international hit “Dime” which ranks n°1 in several european countries and well be even certified Gold (RIAA).

Assortment of starters:

• Half-cooked foie gras terrine with Espelette pepper, smoked chili and onion chutney, served with toasted country bread
• Black Tiger prawns in kadaïf pastry, gravlax sauce
• Fine de Claire n°3 oysters with citrus mignonette
• Chestnut brioche

Intermediate course:
• Truffled vegetable consommé with parsleyed oyster mushroom ravioli

Fish or meat:

• Seared scallops, leek fondue, buckwheat cream, citrus vinaigrette

• Braised beef cheek, Périgourdine sauce, mashed potatoes, lamb’s lettuce salad with walnut vinegar
