Flexible rates can be cancelled up to 24 hours before check-in before midday local time. In the event of late cancellation, a full night rate will be charged.

2-Choose the option to cancel the reservation.

Refunds will depend on the cancellation policy clearly stated at the time of booking and in the confirmation email.
