• If you have booked through an OTA (Booking, Expedia..):
Reservations made through any OTA must be managed directly with the OTA.
To cancel a reservation:
1-Access your booking confirmation email and visit the OTA website or app.
2-Choose the option to cancel the reservation.
Refunds will depend on the cancellation policy clearly stated at the time of booking and in the confirmation email.
Please kindly note the property is not able to make any exceptions to this policy.
