Reservations made through any OTA must be managed directly with the OTA.
Follow the steps below:
1-Access your booking confirmation email and visit the OTA website or app.
2-Choose the option to modify the reservation.
Any modifications to the reservation will depend on the terms and conditions clearly displayed at the time of booking, in the confirmation email or on the App or dashboard used to make your reservation.
The hotel is not able to make any exceptions to these policies.

Small Mama rooms have 1 queen size bed(160x200cm)

With two large Ateliers (meeting rooms) and a private meeting room, there are plenty of flexible working set-ups at Mama’s London pad. She thinks working should be fun too, so there are also a couple of karaoke rooms where you can sing your heart out with your colleagues at the end of a productive day. Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 08:00 to 11:00 on weekends.
