“2 tickets to win for the special concert!”

Article 1 – Organizer

The company Mama Shelter Marseille, whose registered office is located at 24 rue des Capucines, 75002 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS PARIS 522 565 050, is organizing a free giveaway with no obligation to purchase entitled:
“2 tickets to win for the special concert!”

The giveaway will take place exclusively on March 7, 2026, from 7:30 PM, with a prize draw held the same evening at midnight.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

The giveaway is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France, excluding employees of the organizing company and their families.

How to participate:

For each drink purchased on March 7, 2026*, one entry ticket will be given. The participant must place this ticket in the box provided on site to validate their entry.

For any table reservation for dinner on March 7, 2026, each guest will automatically receive 2 entry tickets.

For each bottle purchased, one entry ticket will be given for every €10 spent.

Drinks included in this giveaway are: cocktails, mocktails, hard drinks, shots (minimum x2), and beers.

Only one entry per ticket is allowed. Any attempt at fraud will result in immediate disqualification.

Article 3 – Prize draw

The draw will take place on March 7, 2026 at midnight, on site, within the Mama Shelter Marseille establishment.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid tickets placed in the draw box.

Winners will be announced publicly during the event and must be present to receive their prize. In the event of absence or failure to claim the prize immediately, another winner may be drawn.

Article 4 – Prize description

The prize consists of one ticket for a special concert in Marseille on July 1, 2026.

⚠️ Tickets were purchased by a private individual and are offered as part of this event.
The concert is not sponsored, organized, or affiliated with the artist, their management, or the show’s production.

Tickets may be subject to restrictions, particularly regarding resale or transfer. Winners agree to comply with the ticket’s terms and conditions, which will be communicated when the tickets are handed over.

The giveaway is entirely free. Entry tickets are granted only through:
• The purchase of drinks (cocktails, mocktails, hard drinks, shots x2, and beer).
• A table reservation.
• The purchase of a bottle.

No additional charge applies.
