There is a garage under the hotel but you can't book it.
Its entrance is reserved for Mama Shelter clients and is accessible by collecting a ticket at the pay station, without booking.
The height is 1.90m

You can also park in our car park if you are only coming to eat or have a drink with us.

We are pet friendly and your best friend is welcome with a couple of conditions:

Reservations made through any OTA must be managed directly with the OTA.
Follow the steps below:
1-Access your booking confirmation email and visit the OTA website or app.
2-Choose the option to modify the reservation.
Any modifications to the reservation will depend on the terms and conditions clearly displayed at the time of booking, in the confirmation email or on the App or dashboard used to make your reservation.
The hotel is not able to make any exceptions to these policies.

If a modification fee applies, we will let you know before processing your request.

Yes we do have Ateliers (meeting spaces) to get together and organize what you want ! Mama thinks there’s no reason why work shouldn’t be fun.

Regular check-out is until 12:00.
It is possible to request a late check-out, up to 15:00, subject to availability.
The price is 30 EUR per room.

Depending on the rate you select, payment will either be upon reservation or check-in.
At check-in, you will need a valid credit or debit card and an ID.

We accept cash payments at the front desk.
All means of payment not listed above are considered unacceptable.
