“I have stayed at the hotel several times but this time I noticed that the level of cleanliness was lower. The shower had not been washed properly and yellow traces of dirt were visible on the shower floor. The towels were very stiff and uncomfortable. I was surprised that you have soaps and shampoos in non-liquid varieties, which I consider to be lower quality products and this proved to be true in use. I must note that you have a very poor supply of some amenities for the guest in the rooms. For example, the water is of poor quality and refillable varieties. There is no instant coffee or tea. In addition, it would be recommended to get an iron in the rooms because on business trips this is an important sequence.”

“I stayed three nights at the hotel while attending a three-day conference being hosted there. I found all the services very good. The staff is helpful and professional; the reception desk staff are warm and friendly plus professional. The restaurant staff are efficient and helpful (special mention of our breakfast waiter Andrej, who personally saw to our wellbeing). There were minor problems when our names were not found on breakfast lists, but these were sorted out with ease immediately. Thank you!”

“You have to train your front office officer, she’s so rude i dont know if it was because we’re asian or it is just her common trait to everyone. From the beginning she’s asking several silly questions. I feel offended, never feel like this at every accor hotel everywhere. This is my first time being trait like this.”
